The Pelion peninsula is one of the most beautiful areas in Greece and here you will find flourishing nature, rich dense forests, waterfalls and streams, and a perfect place in which to explore and travel around.
One activity that every visitor to Pelion should experience is the wonderful train ride on the famous Steam Train of Pelion. On this wonderful journey around the peninsula you will pass through areas of great natural charm and beauty, and discover just what makes Pelion such a magical and special place.
If you would be interested in taking this magnificent train journey, please ask at our reception, and we will help arrange this for you.
Another popular excursion is to take a boat trip to the nearby island of Skiathos, which is part of the group of islands known as the Sporades. You can enjoy a wonderful time on the boat, and then get to explore this wonderful and very beautiful island. Again, if you are interested in this, please speak to a member of staff at our reception.
